The MDP4000 series provides strong common-mode noise rejection for high-voltage buses, switching nodes, OBC systems, DC-DC converters, and other high common-mode measurement environments.

High input impedance with low input capacitance

High input impedance and low input capacitance help reduce circuit loading when measuring high-speed differential voltage signals, power-device switching behavior, and dynamic high-voltage waveforms.

Multiple ranges for high-voltage testing

Models are available from +/-700 Vpk to +/-7000 Vpk, giving engineers practical range choices for switching power supplies, inverters, motor drives, high-voltage buses, and related systems.

Built for power electronics development and debugging
